Our story

A Bocca in Fiarata is more than a sauce. It's a slap in the face. It all begins in a pizza truck in the heart of Corsica. A customer asks for "something spicy," and they serve him a homemade creation made with the hottest peppers they could find. He's sweating. He's crying. He's asking for more.

From this, the idea was born: a brutal, local, artisanal sauce. Infused with myrtle, maquis herbs, and Corsican olive oil. A controlled fire, bottled, ready to trigger the red alert on your plate.
